My Story

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort. My name is Nick and I have been training for over 12 years now, both in the gym and at a number of sports including, Rugby, Golf, Football, Swimming, Sailing and Tennis. I also have military fitness experience, serving as an engineer in the Royal Navy Submarine Service, so whatever your fitness goals are I will be able to come up with a scientific solution to achieve them.

Are you looking for a full time personal trainer for 1 to 1 sessions or to train with a friend or family member? Do you want to train in your own home or a location of your choosing?? Well this is what I do best. With full ongoing training and nutritional planning and the skills and knowledge that a personal trainer (me) can bring to enhance your physical fitness there will be no stopping you! And best of all I have a vast array of fitness equipment that I can bring to any location so I do provide a truly flexible service to fit around your already busy lifestyle. Throughout our sessions I will endeavor to educate you on all of the aspects that make up your physical fitness and wellbeing, this option would suit you if you are looking to make the leap and drastically change your life for the better. If you are only looking for a short term trainer or are unsure what you are letting yourself in for then try one of my package deals, all of which include continual workout and nutrition planning tailored towards your specific goals and level of training.

Do you struggle with your weight? Tried every diet but can’t keep to them for long?? Want to change your lifestyle to be healthier??? With this beginners’ weight loss course not only will I provide you with and supervise your workout program, I will give you the tools you need to be able to sustain a healthy lifestyle
*12 lbs of body fat, this is dependent on your starting measurements but it is considered that 1lb of body fat per week is a safe amount to lose and by using this formula you will be surprised at how easy it will be to sustain your new healthy lifestyle after the 12 weeks.

Muscle size and strength

12-week kick start program (level 1) Available in your home or gym

Never stepped foot in a gym? Thinking about it but don’t want to go to an actual gym?? Have no idea where to start??? Not a problem with my 12 week kick start course in which, not only will I provide you with and supervise your workout program but I will teach you why you are doing it and give you the understanding of how to effectively train your body for overall strength and fitness. Once the course has finished you are very welcome to carry on and train by yourself or you could move on to the Level 2 Mass Program and start some serious training.

8-week mass program (Level 2)

Have you been training in the gym for a while? Not experiencing the gains that you would like?? Just completed the Level 1, 12-week kick start program??? With an 8-week program specifically designed around building strength in every part of the body, get ready for some serious training. Throughout the program you will not only see an increase in strength but also an increase in lean muscle mass. This course is only recommended for those experienced in the squat, deadlift and bench press or those who are following on from the 12-week kick start program.

Getting really serious about your weight training? Do you want to take your physique to the next level?? Do you want to start bodybuilding or competing?? This periodised program is designed to work on all aspects of your muscular fitness (strength, size and endurance) over a 20-week period. With each program tailored to your specific body and the goals you want to achieve. This program will bring you an all-around well-proportioned and lean physique that you will want to show off!

Sports specific training
Are you an amateur sportsman/woman? Add an extra dimension to your game and find yourself excelling where others are lacking. I can provide a periodised program to fit around your sporting needs, breaking down the fitness aspects attached to your chosen sport and individually work on these areas to increase all-around performance to give you an edge over your opponents. These are the sports that I have trained in myself but can apply my skills and knowledge to any sport.

Military Preparation Program

Are you joining the military and want to be in peak shape before you start basic training? Are you thinking about it and would like a taste of military PT (Physical Training)?? worried that you may not pass the initial entry fitness tests? No need to worry I have been through all of these things and am able to train you well beyond the standard required and give you a taste of the sort of PT that you can expect from the military.
